Platinum Select Health Plan

Platinum Select is a copay plan, which has a higher monthly premium but lower costs when you get care. It's a good option if you use a lot of health care services and want predictable, lower out-of-pocket costs for routine care.

This plan includes coverage for preventive and routine adult and pediatric dental benefits like an oral exam and cleaning as well as coverage for basic dental care like fillings. Adults will also have coverage for a routine eye exam.

In compliance with New York State mandates, all our medical plans include low-cost pediatric dental coverage for those under age 19. You can choose to exclude pediatric dental coverage, while maintaining comprehensive coverage for adults, if you already have coverage from another health plan.

Just provide proof that you or your spouse/domestic partner went to the dentist for your annual cleanings, and we'll pay you up to $100 ($50 per person) to use as you wish.
